When she was 23-years-old, her mother was the first to impart to her the full gravity of real estate investing. Initially, Natalie’s career focused on banking and mortgage lending, working for several high profile financial institutions. During the financial collapse of 2008, she helped people in desperate need by assisting borrowers with their mortgages, navigating complex loss mitigation options, and ultimately helping many remain in their homes. Looking back, she feels her time in this industry was leading her directly to a real estate career, and she regularly uses her accrued financial expertise to give clients an advantage to this day.
In her free time, Natalie immerses herself in her love of basketball, catching Laker games and ending each day by shooting a few hoops herself. She’s the proud fur mama of two special needs dogs including a rescue from Nepal who uses a wheelchair to get around. She also serves as a frequent foster and rescuer for both dogs and cats. Faith is integral to Natalie, so you can often find her volunteering at her local San Fernando-area church.
