About Cindy Aquino

Cintia Aquino has a special understanding of the immensity of buying or selling a home. In fact, the sometimes overwhelming immensity of real estate is what inspired her to learn every nuance of a transaction. Today, she’s careful to walk her clients through each step of the buying or selling process, clearly communicating every strategy so that there are never any surprises. And communication remains one of her specialties as she brings sterling service to her clients in either English or Spanish (se habla español).

Growing up in the San Fernando Valley, Cintia boasts a comprehensive knowledge of the sprawling Greater Los Angeles area and its myriad neighborhoods. She also paid frequent visits to family members in the Antelope Valley and has called the region home for the last three years. Her passion for serving her community inspired her to obtain her Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology, allowing her to guide people through extensive physical rehabilitation.

After her mother lost her house due to the mismanagement of a real estate agent, Cintia vowed to never let the same thing happen to her or anyone else she met. So, when it came time for Cintia and her fiance to find a home of their own, she applied her relentless determination to learning the ins and outs of the real estate industry, paving a smooth road to success for her personal goals. But with her passion for serving her community, she wanted to extend the same knowledge and care in a professional setting. Thus she obtained her real estate license. Today, she loyally serves the Greater Los Angeles area, specializing in the Antelope Valley, San Fernando Valley, and neighborhoods in Valencia and Santa Clarita. Having grown up in the San Fernando Valley and calling the Santa Clarita Valley home since 2015, she has an insider’s perspective on the area’s diverse housing markets. About Natalie Campos

With nearly two decades of customer service experience and a wealth of mortgage-related expertise under her belt, Natalie Campos fulfills her passion for helping people with their homeownership goals on a daily basis. She prides herself on forming genuine connections with her clients that last long beyond the transaction, living by the simple rule of treating others the way she’d want to be treated. She’s also a fantastic listener, ensuring she not only hears but fully understands every nuance of her clients’ goals.

Born in the San Fernando Valley and raised by a single mother, Natalie obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts with an emphasis on Business Administration from California State University Northridge. When she was 23-years-old, her mother was the first to impart to her the full gravity of real estate investing. Initially, Natalie’s career focused on banking and mortgage lending, working for several high profile financial institutions. During the financial collapse of 2008, she helped people in desperate need by assisting borrowers with their mortgages, navigating complex loss mitigation options, and ultimately helping many remain in their homes. Looking back, she feels her time in this industry was leading her directly to a real estate career, and she regularly uses her accrued financial expertise to give clients an advantage to this day.

In her free time, Natalie immerses herself in her love of basketball, catching Laker games and ending each day by shooting a few hoops herself. She’s the proud fur mama of two special needs dogs including a rescue from Nepal who uses a wheelchair to get around. She also serves as a frequent foster and rescuer for both dogs and cats. Faith is integral to Natalie, so you can often find her volunteering at her local San Fernando-area church.

Paula De Flores, lives in Southern California’s diverse and well-known San Fernando Valley, she possesses a 19-years Property Management and Real estate industry veteran who demonstrates hard work, integrity and a dedication to customer service. She managed over 200 units apartment complex.
